Day 1: Lao Cai - Bac Ha – Sa Pa (B/L/D)

Welcome tour group at Lao Cai railway station and transfer to Bac Ha. Visit the Hoang Yen Chao Castle and the colorful all day market where ethnic minoritiesfrom the entire area converge to buy and sell their goods. Local products arrive at the market on backs or by horseback (market is Sunday only).

In the afternoon, on the way to Lao Cai, stop at Bao Nhai commune, boating on chay river, enjoy the beautifull countryside along the river bank, visit Tay ethnic village. Transfer to Sapa for a free evening. Overnigh in Sapa.

Day 2: SaPa -Lao Chai - Ta Van –Lao Cai (B/L/D)

After breakfast, you will commence your journey from Sapa by car to Lao Chai village _ a Black H’mong ethnic minority village. You will then be able to walk from Lao Chai to Ta Van village where the Giay ethnic hill trible lives. Here you will able to rest and enjoy a delicious lunch prepared by your guide in a local house.

After lunch, the walk continues through a bamboo forest to Giang Ta Chai, a Red Dao ethnic minority village. After taking a rest nearby a waterfall to refresh, you start climbing uphill to a road where the car is ready for your journey back to Sapa., then transfer back to Lao Cai city for the night train to Hanoi.
