Features of the product: 

Light transmission:
     The light transmission of TANADO FRP lighting sheet is  between 60 - 85%. Light through FRP lighting sheet scatters and is mild. It will not form a light band so as to make the indoor brighter.
Impact resistance：
     The strengthening fiber-glass materials criss-cross the structure of the products,which  helps to improve the  impact resistance of FRP sheet. When impacted by spalls or hails, they are hardly broken.
Corrosion resistance:
     The products resist various acids, alkalis and peroxides, especially suitable for  application in the coastal areas and corrosive places.
Temperature performance：
     TANADO FRP lighting sheet is a kind of hot solid high polymer materials. It is designed for normal use in temperatures from - 40℃ to120℃.
Temperature insulation:
     The coefficient of heat-conduction of  TANADO FRP lighting sheet is 0.18kcat / mhr℃ , only 1/4 of the glass. That is why it has a good property of temperature insulation.
Heat stability:
     TANADO FRP lighting sheet is a kind strengthening plastic of hot solid fiber-glass . Its coefficient of heat expansion is 2.2 x 10-5mm/mm/℃, only 2 times of metal materials. For this reason, when it matches with a metal sheet, the displacement is relatively small, not easy to leak.

 The installation rules of TANADO FRP Lighting sheet
     FRP lighting sheets are designed to resist weather interference.It is a kind of lasting lighting products.No care is too much when installation .Breaking or scratching will probably have a had effect on its life span.When matching with metal panels,the lighting sheets should overlap on the metal panels.
1、The diameter of the drilling holes must be 50% bigger than that of fixing screws for the reason of the materials expansion in hot and shrinking in cold.
2、Must use good quality water-proof gasket applying between screws and lighting sheet to get the result of water proof and anti-dust.
3、A dual sided adhesive tape must be put on the above place of the purline to prevent the direct friction between the purline and the lighting sheet.
4、Two dual sided adhesive tapes must be applied in the place of overlap connection through the lengthwise direction for water proof.
5、When storing lighting sheets,never put heavy objects on them in order to avoid sheet breaking.
